I was back on the wonderful “wireless” last week, this time on the great Tampa Tribune podcast known as “Table Conversations” with food writer Jeff Houck (you can also find his blog, “The Stew” here). It was a fun, lively interview: we discussed everything from carnivorous ethics to the fine art of eating Rocky Mountain Oysters, and seemingly everything in between.
